- We are looking for an experienced Business Lead to oversee the organization and support of financial reconciliation processes and account management within a financial institution. The key focus is to build a robust system for monitoring consistency between transactions in the payment system, Core Banking System (CBS), and internal ledgers.
- What You Will Be Doing:
- Set up and manage daily/monthly reconciliation between CBS, internal services, and processing platforms
- Identify, classify, and escalate discrepancies; initiate corrective actions
- Align account models for new products with technical and finance teams
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, banking operations, or payment systems
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, posting schemes, revenue and liability recognition
- Experience working with CBS/ERP/financial data interfaces
- Ability to work with large volumes of financial data; proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Experience preparing financial or managerial reports
