Integration & Workflow Testing: Test end-to-end integration scenarios, ensuring data flows accurately between client platforms, third-party services, and our automation agent.
Payload & Mapping Verification: Identify and isolate data mismatches (e.g., verifying that expected fields, parameters, and payloads match what the platform sends/receives).
AI-Assisted Configuration & Quick Fixes: Leverage AI coding tools (such as Claude Code) to navigate the codebase, apply minor configuration adjustments, update field mappings, and patch simple JavaScript snippets.
Edge-Case Identification: Spot anomalies in agent executions, broken integration hooks, or inconsistent DOM/API responses.
Defect Reporting & Collaboration: Document edge cases, create clear reproduction steps, and coordinate with the engineering team to resolve deeper platform bugs.

Manual QA Experience: Solid background in functional, regression, and integration testing for web platforms and APIs.
AI Tooling Fluency: Strong, hands-on experience using modern AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) for code navigation, debugging, and task automation.
Basic JavaScript Literacy: Ability to read and understand basic JavaScript / TypeScript (navigating JSON structures, config files, basic functions, and variable mappings).
API & Data Fundamentals: Confident understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and browser developer tools (Network/Console tabs).
Self-Sufficiency: A proactive mindset to diagnose issues and make minor code/config fixes independently rather than just logging tickets.
