We're Enapps, an independent software company with over a decade of experience building our own ERP product from the ground up. Headquartered in London with a remote team in Ukraine, we've been quietly growing since 2011 — established enough to be stable, focused enough that every developer's work has a direct impact on the product. We're looking for Python Developers to join our Ukraine team and help shape what comes next.
What you'll work on
•Building Python modules (MVC) across core product areas: Accounting, CRM, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Projects
•Integrating our platform with third-party systems and APIs
•Continuous improvement — code reviews, refactoring, raising the bar
•Mentorship opportunities as you grow
What we're looking for
•1+ years of Python experience
•Experience with a backend framework — Django, Flask, or Odoo preferred
•Comfortable with SQL — PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
•Working knowledge of Git, Linux, and Shell
•Intermediate English (enough to read docs and communicate with the London team)
•A genuine curiosity and drive to keep learning
Nice to have: experience with ERP systems, Angular frontend development, or familiarity with AI-assisted development — prompt engineering, building or using AI agents, plugins, or tools that augment your workflow. We're moving in this direction as a team, so any head start here is genuinely valued.
