- Lead and motivate the Publisher Manager team to achieve KPIs and growth targets;
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new publishers and expanding the partner network;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishing partners;
- Analyze performance data and optimize publisher revenue streams;
- Support the team with negotiations, strategy, and problem-solving;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager, including 1.5+ years in a leadership role;
- Proven experience managing publisher teams and achieving revenue targets;
- Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM, and flat deal models;
- Experience with publisher hunting and building direct partnerships;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
