We're looking for a highly proactive Project Operations Manager to become the CEO's right hand in a fast-growing iGaming business.
This isn't a traditional Project Manager or Executive Assistant role. We're looking for someone who can turn ideas into execution, improve business operations, and leverage AI to make the company more efficient.
You'll be responsible for: • Turning meetings, chats, and ideas into structured tasks with clear owners and deadlines. • Coordinating cross-functional projects and driving execution. • Identifying operational bottlenecks and improving internal processes. • Automating workflows, reporting, and documentation using AI. • Building internal tools, integrations, and MVPs with no-code/low-code solutions.
We're looking for someone with: - Strong hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to real business operations—not just using ChatGPT for content generation. - Practical experience with tools such as n8n, Make, AI Agents, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, APIs, Webflow, Framer, or similar. - A systems-thinking mindset, strong ownership, and excellent execution skills.
