Junior Project Manager

Що робити

• Project Coordination: track task execution, manage deadlines, and align priorities under the general supervision of a Senior PM.
• Client Communication: conduct daily/weekly meetings, handle business correspondence, and prepare status reports in English.
• Meeting Facilitation: run Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives for the developers’ team (C/C++, Hardware, Firmware, Python, JS, DevOps).
• Documentation Management: keep task trackers (Jira, Trello, etc.), Confluence, and project knowledge bases organized and up to date.
• Risk Management: spot potential blockers early (especially hardware-related ones, such as component supply delays or board testing issues) and help the team solve them.
