• Technical Experience: 2+ years of hands-on software engineering or technical systems analysis experience (REST APIs, databases, cloud architecture, or data structures)
• Delivery Management: 3+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams, grooming JIRA backlogs, and delivering complex cloud software or IoT platforms
• Domain & Cloud Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud concepts, API workflows, database design, and algorithmic/data-driven software capabilities
• AI & Engineering Tools: Proficient user of AI tools to accelerate delivery workflows, with a practical understanding of Harness engineering/deployment pipelines and build processes
• Consulting & Communication: Advanced written and spoken English with strong consulting skills, specifically the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to business stakeholders and turn business vision into developer requirements
