Що робити
- Lead software development projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Design, Product, and Marketing.
- Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and milestones.
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
