- Build and establish the Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up.
- Develop project governance, methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Create company-wide project management processes and execution standards.
- Introduce portfolio management across strategic initiatives.
- Define project prioritization frameworks together with executive leadership.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, Operations, or Delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with C-Level executives.
