Що робити
- Manage 3–5 digital / Web3 / AI projects in parallel — from kickoff to delivery
- Assign and track tasks for developers and designers, control quality and deadlines
- Communicate with clients (including international) — meetings, status updates, expectation management
- Maintain project documentation across Jira / Confluence / Telegram / Google Docs
- Control scope, timelines, priorities, and risks
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years as a PM in IT / custom software development (outsourcing or product company — both fine)
- Proven track record of running 3+ projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience working with development and design teams
- Solid understanding of the web app development lifecycle (frontend + backend + API)
- Scrum Master or PM certification (PMP / PSM / CSM / PMI-ACP) — strict must-have. Candidates without certification will not be considered
