Your expertise:
4+ years of Project / Delivery Management experience in IT services
Proven track record of launching a new Enterprise account from scratch, handling multi-stakeholder management effectively
Process Setup Expertise: Hands-on experience designing onboarding procedures, work distribution, and performance tracking frameworks
Strong experience with various contract models: Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Dedicated Teams
Presale Involvement: Experience collaborating with technical and analytical teams during discovery / presale stages
Fluent English (C1): Excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily interaction with executive client stakeholders
Will definitely be a plus:
Experience managing projects or accounts in traditional industries (Construction, Logistics, Agriculture, Manufacturing, etc.)
Experience managing AI & Data projects

You will be involved into:
Enterprise Account Setup & Growth (Primary Focus):
Stakeholder & Expectation Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders across multiple client business streams; align on operational processes, formats and delivery performance metrics
Operational Setup & Onboarding: Establish transparent work allocation flows, streamline developer onboarding procedures, and optimize capacity management (starting with a core group of 3–4 specialists)
Delivery Control & Risk Management: Monitor delivery schedules and quality standards, implement clear performance metrics (KPIs / SLAs), and proactively manage delays and operational risks
Account Growth & Predictability: Drive long-term account scaling and partnership growth through operational predictability, proactive problem-solving
Presale & Solution Discoveries:
Partner with Business Analysts and Presale Engineers to build solution concepts and prototypes
Participate in presale and discovery activities, project scope estimation, scheduling, and risk assessment for new opportunities
Internal Delivery Office Initiatives:
Assist the Head of Delivery Office in planning and executing internal operational and strategic initiatives to improve unit performance

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to drive the launching and growth of a brand-new Enterprise account, as well as contribute to internal solution discoveries and organizational initiatives.
In this role, your main priority will be to establish and streamline delivery processes for our new Enterprise client from scratch. You will interact with multiple hiring managers on the client’s side, set up smooth onboarding and performance tracking for our team, and scale the account. Additionally, you will collaborate with Business Analysts and Presale Engineers on presales, solution discoveries and assist the Head of Delivery Office with strategic internal projects.
