Plan and manage projects involving the installation and maintenance of self-service devices, including smart lockers, from initiation through client handover.
Develop and regularly update project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and areas of responsibility.
Coordinate the work of field teams, logistics partners, suppliers, vendors, and service contractors.
Monitor project status, timelines, and budgets daily, promptly identifying and escalating risks.
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding project status, timelines, and upcoming implementation stages.

At least 3 years of experience in project management, project delivery, implementation of technology solutions, or a similar role.
Experience managing complex projects involving multiple departments, suppliers, contractors, or external partners.
Experience working with technology products and projects in self-service solutions, IoT, vending equipment, robotics, logistics and warehouse automation, postal and parcel locker systems, Last Mile Delivery, RetailTech, Smart City, industrial automation, or integrated hardware and software solutions will be a significant advantage.
Understanding of projects that combine hardware, software, manufacturing, integrations, logistics, installation, and ongoing service maintenance.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
