Що робити

Lead cross-functional programs to deliver a variety of solutions within the higher education domain.
Develop and manage program plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with technical, business, and customer teams to align on program goals, deliverables, and milestones.
Identify and manage dependencies and integration requirements, including third-party applications and services.
Facilitate effective communication between engineering teams and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in Program or Project Management managing enterprise level projects across multiple operating teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven success in managing medium- to large-scale technology programs involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of software development life cycles and practical experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
