Що робити

• Product Ownership & team leadership
• Own the product vision and roadmap together with the founders, translating business goals into product strategy.
• Define, document, and prioritize features: write specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that Design and Engineering can execute without unnecessary back-and-forth.
• Maintain and structure the product backlog: apply prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, Value vs Effort), plan sprints and releases.
• Be the single point of contact between product/business stakeholders and the Engineering and Design team.
