- Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned client accounts, post-sale, ensuring continuity from discovery through delivery and growth.
- Build durable, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts up to decision-makers.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities through delivered value and evolving client needs; plan future phases, scope, and budgets together with clients.

- Account Manager in IT services / custom software development
- Product Owner
