Що робити
- Own product operations and ensure the business is managed through data, not assumptions.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and work closely with the CTO on development priorities.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking traffic, leads, conversion, bookings, average markup, and lost opportunities.
- Ensure CRM (Kommo) data quality, including required fields, UTM tracking, deal values, and lost reasons.
- Analyze user behavior using GA4, Hotjar, and other analytics tools to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, travel, mobility, booking platforms, or other digital products.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, conversion funnels, CRM systems, and unit economics.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- Experience managing product backlogs and working closely with engineering teams.
