About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of QA Madness’ own products and QA Academy.
This is a hands-on role focused on product marketing, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. You will own the marketing journey from audience research and positioning to campaign execution, funnel optimization, experimentation, and measurable business results.
You’ll work closely with the Founder, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Design, Development, instructors/experts, and external partners.

What You’ll Do
Research target audiences, customer needs, competitors, and market opportunities.
Define and refine ICP, positioning, value proposition, messaging, and key differentiators.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, courses, programs, and updates.
Build and optimize the funnel from awareness to purchase and repeat purchase.
Plan and run campaigns across content, email, paid channels, partnerships, webinars, and communities.
Own key marketing KPIs: leads, CPL/CAC, conversion rates, registrations/enrollments, revenue, and ROMI.
Run experiments with offers, pricing, landing pages, messaging, creatives, channels, and onboarding.
Create hands-on marketing materials, including landing pages, emails, ads, webinar pages, offers, and campaign briefs.
Coordinate designers, developers, content specialists, paid acquisition, and external contractors.
Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and turn insights into actionable experiments.
Gather customer feedback and translate it into recommendations for product development.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing with ownership of funnel and business results.
Experience marketing digital products, SaaS, online education, courses, or other online offerings.
Strong understanding of positioning, customer research, GTM, acquisition, conversion, retention, and marketing analytics.
Ability to independently build a marketing plan and turn it into campaigns and experiments.
Strong marketing copywriting skills: landing pages, ads, emails, offers, and CTAs.
Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, hypotheses, and performance data.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors.
English sufficient for working with international audiences and marketing tools.
High level of ownership, initiative, and willingness to stay hands-on.
Would Be a Plus
Experience in QA, software testing, IT education, SaaS, or B2B tech.
Experience marketing educational programs or academies.
Hands-on experience with GA4, CRM, email automation, advertising platforms, Looker Studio, Hotjar/Clarity, or similar tools.
Experience with international markets and localization of offers.
Experience with pricing, packaging, partnerships, webinars, or community-led growth.
