About the role
We are looking for a proactive Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and our main product Woofz. We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of the end-to-end marketing web funnels with product and data-driven mindset!
In this role, you will be focused on the activation flows of our web&app products and other marketing features in backlog. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design, analytics, dev, qa) to turn marketing insights into measurable growth.
What you’ll do
Build and test value propositions, messaging, and offers tailored to different audience segments to maximize web stream profit.
Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and dev teams to launch and optimize web funnels, upsell flows, and special promo pages.
Monitor funnel performance with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, etc.), and make data-driven improvements.
Formulate product marketing hypothesis, run A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates.
Work closely with paid acquisition team to align messaging across the funnel.
Support launches of new features, plans, or products from a web marketing perspective.
Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy and inspire innovative approaches.
What we’re looking for
1+ year of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager or Growth Manager, working with web2app funnels, app onboardings, app monetization.
Solid understanding of CRO, behavioral psychology, and marketing funnel stages.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on making data-driven decisions to continuously improve funnels’ performance.
Experience with analytics services: Amplitude, Tableau.
Good knowledge of English — Upper-Intermediate level or above.
Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and ideas for reaching success.
Systematic and structural approach to work.
Also nice to have
Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
Proven track record for user flow optimization and constant improvement of CR.
Experience using AI tools (for content creation, personalization, or automation) to improve funnel performance.
