- Plan, coordinate, and drive execution of hardware and software development projects.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, including Hardware, Embedded, Software, RF, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, and Operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical, engineering, hardware, or R&D environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering projects involving hardware and software development.
- Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Practical experience with risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively coordinate engineering teams without being an individual contributor.
