Що робити

Lead discovery for MCP App Store, including defining the ideal customer profile (ICP), from hypothesis to validated direction
Run interviews with users and stakeholders, and conduct competitor research
Define how the product will approach acquisition, retention, and monetization
Prepare and deliver presentations of findings, in English, to internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with developers, designers, and R&D leadership

Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a clear track record in product discovery — validating ideas before scaling them, not managing an already-established product
Solid understanding of the core product framework: acquisition, retention, monetization — you can explain, in depth, how you’d build each one for a specific product
Experience running your own user and stakeholder interviews and competitor research
Strong ability to turn raw research into a clear, structured narrative — you’ll present your findings yourself, often to clients directly
Comfortable with hands-on product work: this role combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
