Що робити
- Own product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap;
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate business needs into clear product requirements;
- Audit the existing product and identify what to Keep / Redesign / Drop;
- Create clear PRDs, user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications;
- Work closely with Design and AI Development teams to ensure a continuous flow of ready-to-build requirements;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B/SaaS or complex digital products;
- Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria;
- Strong product sense and experience designing/reviewing B2B and admin interfaces;
- Understanding of complex workflows, data-dense tables, permissions, bulk actions, and role-based experiences;
- Hands-on experience with Figma and product design reviews;
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, HR Tech, or internal enterprise tools;
- Understanding of SSO, Slack bots, APIs, and system integrations;
- Experience with data migration and enterprise software launches;
- Experience taking a product from discovery to production go-live.
