- Own the launch, operation, and continuous improvement of gamification mechanics within the product;
- Take ownership of the gamification feature currently in development and drive it through successful launch;
- Define and track key product metrics for the gamification functionality;
- Define key business metrics and understand how the functionality contributes to business results;
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement within the product functionality;
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience working in casino / iGaming products;
- Hands-on experience with gamification mechanics in casino / iGaming;
- Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to distinguish between good and poor user experience;
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and improvement points within a product feature;
- Strong understanding of product and business metrics and how they influence each other;
