Що робити
- Own the evidence. Interview customers and delivery leaders, write a job story for every major feature, and create use cases that match what we sell. Nothing enters development without evidence.
- Own priorities and trade-offs. Backlog, roadmap, what ships this sprint and what waits. Every call comes with a written reason. When it is not obvious, you decide.
- Own requirements and refinement. Job stories and metric-calculation rules; refinement between engineering and design; product stormings with mock-ups before we build.
- Own product analytics. Run trials, activation, feature usage, and edition mix every sprint; report out after every release and experiment.
- Shape the agent. The skills, tools, and knowledge of our Rovo agent, what users ask it, where it falls short, how it compares with other agents in the new Marketplace category.
