- Drive the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to delivery and post-launch iteration for mobile-first and web applications.
- Design intuitive, visually polished user experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze product metrics to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping applications and software, with a strong focus on mobile-first consumer products.
- Understanding of crypto ecosystems through professional experience, personal projects, or active participation in the web3 community.
- Ability to present design work to product teams and leadership, clearly explaining design decisions and user impact.
- Strong visual design skills across mobile and desktop, including UI, typography, color, layout, and interaction design.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable components that improve consistency and scalability.
