Who We Are
Pebbles Ai is the Go-to-Market Operating System for B2B teams, one platform replacing 10+ disconnected tools, built on neurosymbolic AI purpose-designed for GTM workflows.
We were founded in 2023. In under two years, we have early revenue live, more inbound than we can currently service, and a public launch on Product Hunt that ranked us #2 on the day, placing us in the top 1% of 1,097 SaaS products launched that cycle, and the top 10% of every Product Hunt launch on record.
Forbes Innovation, TechRadar, and Tech.eu have all taken notice. Google for Startups AI (London) backs us. Mountside Ventures accelerated us, they work with the top 3% of later-stage startups.
We build between Lviv and London. World-class engineering on one side, strong commercial acumen on the other, beautiful offices in both cities. This role is for our Lviv office located conveniently in the city.

The Role
You’ll be the sole owner of content and marketing at Pebbles Ai. That means no content team above you, no creative director to approve your concepts, and no queue of briefs to work through. You set the direction, you produce the work, and you ship it.
You’ll report directly to the core engineer team and the CEO, which tells you something important: this role is tightly coupled to the product. Every feature release triggers a content push. You’ll be in the room when things ship, and you’ll be the one deciding how to communicate them.
This is a mid-level role, we’re looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience who is ready to operate above their title, not someone who needs the structure of a larger team to do good work. This is a startup. Everyone has their ownerships.
What You’ll Own
• Website: copy updates, feature pages, and changelog entries. When the product changes, the website reflects it • LinkedIn: posts and long-form articles. This is our primary B2B channel. You’ll build a consistent publishing rhythm and develop a voice that matches where the product is going, not just where it’s been. • Instagram: posts, stories, and reels. Visual-first content that makes the product feel real and the brand feel human • WhatsApp: direct communication with customer and trial user groups. This is closer to product communication than traditional marketing. It requires clarity and good judgment about what to say and when • Email: newsletters and product update emails. The throughline across all of these: every major product or feature release drives a coordinated content push. You’ll build the rhythm that makes that repeatable.
What We’re Looking For
Two to four years of experience in content, marketing, or a closely related role. More important than the years: a track record of producing content independently, across multiple channels, without someone else defining the brief for you.
English is the primary working language here. Your written English needs to be strong, not “good enough,” strong! Most of what you produce will be read by an international audience, and quality is non-negotiable.
