Що робити
- Take ownership of the product’s educational content within the Permit direction.
- Set up a scalable content operations process: define how content issues are identified, prioritized, assigned, reviewed, QA’ed, updated, and released.
- Track changes in driving rules / DMV-related requirements and initiate course updates.
- Constant research of competitors in driving education, broader EdTech, and digital learning.
- Suggest new learning content formats that can increase engagement and perceived value.
Що очікуємо
- Experience working with product, educational, or digital content as a Content Manager, Content Lead, Product Content Manager, or similar role.
- Experience treating content not just as text, but as part of user experience and product value.
- Understanding of how content can influence product metrics: activation, engagement, conversion, retention, cancellations, refunds, and support load.
- Ability to build content strategy, content roadmap, and content processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams: Product, Design, Marketing, Brand, Video, Support, QA, and Development.
