Own and grow assigned MedTech segments in EMEA (e.g., diagnostics and lab automation, imaging, digital surgery, connected care, hospital IT), including segment strategy, target accounts, and pipeline.
Drive assigned solution areas (e.g., AI-enabled devices, AI-assisted regulated SDLC, cybersecurity, interoperability) and define offerings, reference architectures, and go-to-market messaging.
Lead the technical solution for strategic pursuits: discovery, solution design, estimation, delivery model, and risk assessment.
Drive RFP/RFI responses and proactive proposals end to end, ensuring regulatory framing, compliance approach, and credible team ramps.
Position GlobalLogic's AI capabilities in every relevant pursuit, including AI features in devices, GenAI/agentic solutions, and AI-accelerated engineering, in a regulation-aware way.

Familiarity with the EU AI Act, FDA AI/ML guidance (including PCCP), and GMLP, and their impact on AI product development.
Experience with healthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE) and hospital IT (HIS, LIS, PACS).
Familiarity with IEC 81001-5-1, IEC 60601-1, and GDPR/HIPAA implications for device and AI software.
Established network among EMEA MedTech OEMs, diagnostics, or healthtech companies.
Background at a medical device manufacturer (R&D, Quality, or Regulatory) in addition to services experience.
