• Solution Shaping: Translate business needs into structured solution concepts, defining key functional elements (actors, key use cases, high-level User Stories)
• Architecture Design: Design high-level solution architecture (C4 model: System Context & Containers) and select the most appropriate technology stack
• Prototyping: Create interactive frontend prototypes (Lovable or similar) to visualize and validate concepts with clients
• Team Composition & Resource Planning: Advise on the optimal team structure (roles, seniority, and involvement) and phase breakdown required for successful project delivery
