- Media Relations
- Develop and execute a comprehensive media and influencer strategy leading up to, during, and after the conference.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and content creators across health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle verticals.
- Secure attendance and coverage from targeted media outlets and influential voices in the wellness space.
- Manage influencer outreach campaigns, including VIP invitations, on-site experiences, and post-event amplification agreements.
Що очікуємо
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or influencer marketing, preferably within health, wellness, lifestyle, or events industries.
- Proven track record of securing meaningful media coverage and managing high-profile talent logistics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and briefing materials.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to travel to the conference location and work on-site during the event (2 day conference, up to 4 times per year).
