Right now, we’re looking for a Middle/Senior PPC Manager who will grow and scale search networks within Duomo.

What you will be responsible for:
Creating and executing the PPC strategy on Google at start and other networks as a next step
Managing marketing campaigns to hit target financial KPIs, evaluating performance both on top-level metrics (CPM, CTR, CR, CPA) and deeper metrics (funnel conversion, LTV, ROI)
Driving process automation strategy together with analytics and MarTech teams
Closely collaborating with creative and growth product (PM) teams to drive growth of your stream
What you need to succeed in this role:
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, driving user acquisition on paid search (Google)
Experience managing budgets of $300,000+ per month
Hands-on experience with automating PPC processes
Strong structure and organization: you love documenting and testing everything, validating every possible hypothesis, and won’t stop until you find the most effective solution
Strong analytical mindset: you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions
Comfort working in uncertainty, fast learning, and adaptability
English level: B2+
