We’re looking for a driven, loyal, and highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our performance team and take charge of lead generation across multiple paid channels.
Core Responsibilities:
Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Bing, Taboola, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn.
Create and optimize full-funnel lead generation strategies, including audience targeting, ad copy, landing pages, and tracking.
Monitor performance, analyze results, and improve KPIs continuously.
Stay current on platform updates, A/B testing strategies, and market trends in the Home Services industry.
Must-Have Experience:
Proven track record managing paid media campaigns targeting the US market.
Deep knowledge of Home Services vertical (remodeling, HVAC, solar, roofing, etc.).
Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads at scale.
Experience building and managing end-to-end ad funnels, from cold traffic to conversion.
Native-level English – strong written and verbal communication is non-negotiable.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, etc.
Experience using AI tools to streamline ad creation, audience research, or reporting workflows.
Familiarity with automation platforms and lead nurturing platform is a huge advantage
