🚀 We're Hiring: PPC & SEM Campaign Manager Home Services | US Market | Full-Time | PST Hours
We're a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in home services and construction lead generation for the US market. We're looking for a hands-on Campaign Manager who owns results end to end — from strategy to the qualified phone call.
This is not a role for someone who only knows how to run ads. We need someone who understands the full journey: from search intent to phone call, from phone call to qualified opportunity, from opportunity to real revenue for a local service business.

→ Native-level English — written and verbal, non-negotiable
→ Proven hands-on experience with the US market across Google, Meta, Bing, and native
→ Solid, verifiable work history — not freelancers filling time between gigs
→ Home services / construction experience required — e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech background alone is not enough
What you'll own:
→ Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft/Bing, Taboola/Outbrain, Yelp Ads, Google Local Services Ads, and Nextdoor/LinkedIn as needed
→ Create and optimize full-funnel lead generation strategies — audience targeting, ad copy, landing pages, tracking, and lead-nurturing funnels
→ Monitor performance and continuously improve KPIs — cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI (not just clicks) → Own setup and integrity of conversion and call tracking so every lead is measured accurately
→ Stay current on platform updates, A/B testing strategies, and market trends in home services
→ Build repeatable systems, SOPs, reporting structures, QA processes, and campaign management workflows that allow the team to scale without losing quality
→ Maintain strict QA discipline before every launch — budgets, geo-targeting, tracking, landing pages, phone numbers, forms, conversion actions, and campaign settings
AI & Automation — Core to This Role:
→ Use AI to draft, test, and iterate ad copy and creative concepts at speed — with the judgment to edit and direct that output, never paste it raw
→ Use AI for audience and keyword research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence
→ Build reporting and analysis workflows that turn raw platform data into clear, decision-ready insights
→ Be fluent in platform-native AI: Google Performance Max & Smart Bidding, Meta Advantage+, and AI-assisted creative — knowing when to trust automation and when to override it
→ Build repeatable AI and automation systems using tools like Make.com, Zapier, or Google Apps Script to eliminate manual, repetitive work
Tracking & Attribution:
✅ Hands-on with call tracking (CallRail or similar) and call-driven conversion measurement
✅ Strong with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking across platforms
✅ Familiar with offline conversion imports and server-side tracking to feed real lead quality back into platforms
✅ You care what happens to a lead after the click — not just the cost of the click
Must-Haves:
✅ Proven track record managing paid media campaigns targeting the US market
✅ Deep knowledge of the home services vertical — remodeling, HVAC, solar, roofing, garage doors, windows, etc.
✅ Demonstrated success generating high-quality leads at scale — measured by qualified leads and CPL, not vanity metrics
✅ Experience building and managing end-to-end ad funnels from cold traffic to converted lead
✅ Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft/Bing Ads, native platforms, and Google Tag Manager
✅ Native-level English — strong written and verbal communication
✅ Experience with Yelp Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA) — strong advantage
✅ Familiarity with automation and lead-nurturing platforms — major plus
