- Manage and scale existing performance marketing channels (Google, Social, LinkedIn, Native, etc.).
- Develop new marketing strategies and test new performance marketing acquisition channels.
- Implement A/B testing for website pages and ad campaigns to drive growth.
- Continuously analyze and improve the customer conversion funnel on the website and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate regular performance reports for the management team.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Successful university degree, majoring in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid channels (Google, Paid Social, LinkedIn, Native, etc.).
- Proficiency in handling data, analytics, marketing tools, and intricate problem-solving.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and website funnel optimization.
