Що робити
- Manage Diia City legal regime compliance (gig contracts, resident status, reporting requirements)
- Own and maintain the people-CRM/HRIS system
- Maintain and update the org chart as the company grows
- Develop and maintain the employee handbook and internal HR policies
- Manage vacation, leave, and time-off tracking and approvals
Що очікуємо
- Experience in an HR/People Ops leadership role, ideally within a Ukrainian IT company
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/people-CRM platforms (like PeopleForce)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain HR processes and policies from scratch or at scale
- Good communication skills for cross-team and leadership collaboration
