Що робити
- Support employees throughout their complete lifecycle including onboarding, regular 1:1 meetings, and offboarding as a trusted HR point of contact
- Answer everyday HR questions and provide guidance to employees
- Manage employee records and lifecycle changes in the HRIS system for assigned employee groups
- Ensure data accuracy and smooth day-to-day HR operations
- Maintain and improve the internal gamification and recognition platform
Що очікуємо
- Experience: 2+ years as an HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Specialist in the IT/tech industry.
- Systematic & Detail-Oriented: Ability to keep processes tidy, track tasks efficiently, and handle HR operations with minimal friction.
- Communication & Empathy: Excellent interpersonal skills to conduct effective 1:1s, resolve minor workplace concerns, and build trust across teams.
- Ownership & Service Mindset: Proactive approach, high energy, and genuine enjoyment of helping people and keeping workplace culture alive.
- AI Savviness: Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to optimize daily HR communications and admin routines.
