👤 Our criteria:
— Proven experience in debt recovery, payment investigations, asset tracing, fraud investigations, PSP/acquiring or complex commercial disputes; — Strong understanding of payment chains, PSPs, acquirers, payment intermediaries and settlement flows; — Ability to conduct OSINT, corporate and counterparty investigations and identify hidden or unknown parties involved; — Ability to work with limited and incomplete information and independently build an investigation strategy; — Highly persistent, result-oriented and comfortable taking full ownership of cases from investigation to actual recovery; — Experience in iGaming or high-risk payments.
⚙️ Your Tasks:
— Take full ownership of debt recovery cases from initial investigation through to actual recovery of funds; — Analyse contracts, settlements, transaction data and communication with payment providers; — Investigate where funds may be held or withheld and identify the parties involved in the payment chain; — Identify acquiring banks, acquirers, payment intermediaries and other relevant counterparties; — Conduct corporate and OSINT investigations into payment providers, their owners, directors, related companies and business partners; — Develop an individual recovery and escalation strategy for each case; — Identify effective legal, commercial, banking and reputational escalation channels; — Coordinate claims, formal notices, external lawyers and investigators where required; — Maintain pressure and follow up on cases until a commercial resolution or recovery is achieved.
