Що робити

Monitor payment conversion and identify abnormal deviations.
Investigate payment issues and respond to merchant and payer inquiries.
Support payment method and partner integrations together with IT teams.
Develop and maintain BI dashboards and operational reports.
Communicate with payment partners and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.

Що очікуємо

1+ years of experience in Big 4, fintech, financial services, or another structured corporate environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of tasks.
