Що робити
- Develop paid advertising strategies aligned with clients’ business goals and growth objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns independently.
- Research target audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Manage advertising budgets and make decisions on campaign allocation and scaling.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Meta Ads.
- Experience working with technology companies, preferably IT outsourcing, outstaffing, software development, or SaaS.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, scaling, targeting, and retargeting.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
- Experience independently building paid advertising strategies and managing campaigns from launch to optimization.
