Valkyrie Dynamics builds miniature radar seekers for interceptor drones — hardware that’s already operational in the field. We’re a small core team in Kyiv, and we’re scaling.
About the role
You’ll be the operational backbone of our Kyiv R&D lab. Your job is simple to state and hard to do: make sure our engineers are never blocked — not by a stuck shipment, not by customs, not by a dead 3D printer, not by paperwork. When you do this well, engineering just runs.
What you’ll do
Procure components (PCBs, microcontrollers, mechanical parts) from engineering specs
Track international shipments and navigate Ukrainian customs
Receive hardware and get it into engineers’ hands
Keep the lab running — networking, 3D printers, general workspace readiness
Handle contractor payments, documentation, and relocation logistics for international staff
What we’re looking for
Fluent Ukrainian and English
Proven persistence in grinding through bureaucratic obstacles until they’re solved
Strong organizational skills and systematic tracking
A background in logistics, supply chain, or technical office/operations management
Nice to have
Experience with hardware, electronics, or defense procurement
