Operations Specialist / Customer Operations Specialist
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll manage customer implementations, coordinate operational requests, and work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Implement customer requests for self-service kiosks and digital ordering solutions
Coordinate customer requests from start to finish, ensuring smooth implementation
Communicate with customers throughout the implementation process
Collaborate with the Product, Development, and Support teams
Share customer feedback and improvement ideas with internal teams
Support the rollout of new features and contribute to improving the overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, or a similar customer-facing role
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
