We’re looking for an Operations Manager to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and help the company scale efficiently.
What you’ll do
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations across the company.
• Streamline and improve internal processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Coordinate between engineering, HR, finance, and external partners.
• Support travel management: arrange and coordinate business trips, bookings, and related logistics.
• Support event management: help organize company and team events.
• Coordinate resources, tools, and equipment for a distributed team.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports for leadership.
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Support the planning and execution of company-wide initiatives.
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Comfortable working with budgets, invoices, and operational documentation.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+), written and spoken — you’ll work with an international team.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
• Discretion and care when handling confidential information.
Nice to have
• Experience in a tech, IT, miltech or engineering company.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Familiarity with project management or operations tools.
