HR / Operations Manager (Recruiting focus)

Що робити

• Own the hiring funnel end-to-end for 2–3 open roles at any time — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidates through to offer.
• Build our recruiting processes from scratch: intake, pipelines, evaluation criteria, candidate communication standards.
• Design HR policies and practices that strengthen retention and employer brand for our Ukrainian team.
• Keep the people operation organized and measurable — track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and process quality.
• BONUS: Handle FOP accounting and administration for our Ukrainian contractors.
