- Accuracy with data. Transfers values between systems without errors, double-checks own work after filling in. Understands that one typo = a broken campaign.
- Execution discipline. Completes the daily checklist independently, at the same time, without reminders and without skipped items.
- Ability to compare fact against norm. Looks at a set of numbers and thresholds and spots what's out of range.
- Escalation reflex, not self-diagnosis. Sees a deviation → reports it immediately. Doesn't dig into it alone, doesn't hold onto it until end of day, isn't afraid to report bad news.
Що пропонуємо
- Understanding of SIP trunking and telephony/SMS infrastructure is a plus.
- Experience communicating with vendors/providers.
