Що робити
- Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Manage candidate experience and maintain talent pipelines
- Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
