Your expertise:
At least 7 years of software development experience
At least 2 years of experience in a lead position
Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core
ORM + relational databases experience (preferably Entity Framework + PostgreSQL / MSSQL)
Cloud infrastructure setup experience AWS, Azure, GCP (preferably AWS ECS, RDS, SNS / SQS)
Experience with React and TypeScript
Good experience with Integration / Unit testing
Good experience with ASP.NET Core
Experience developing microservices
Experience with Docker
Understanding of SOLID, OOP, Clean Code, GOF
Excellent communication and organization skills, product-oriented mindset, focus on team results, and leadership qualities
Understanding SDLC
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

You will be involved into:
As a Tech Lead, you will be involved in all steps of SDLC: processing requirements, creating solutions, splitting them into tasks, participating in team refinements, participating in code review, deploying the code on production, monitoring the deployed code using Kibana, NewRelic, Grafana. In our company, we deploy changes straight to production, which means it is essential to implement unit and integration tests to be able to catch any issues early in the flow and stay attentive to monitoring systems to react fast to any issues with latest deployment may cause in production and perform necessary actions (eg. rollback or hotfix).
You will be involved in collaboration with other teams that use your team’s API and whose API your team is using. You will create architecture documentation for new big features and discuss it with the architect team, as well as with other involved teams
