We are looking for a skilled project developer to develop the new version of our current NPS platform. This is a concrete, well-defined project where you take ownership of building the next generation of the system on a solid technical foundation.
A central element of the role is the active use of AI as a core part of the development workflow, including tools such as Claude Code. We expect you to already work AI-first — not just occasionally.
About our system Relationwise is a SaaS platform for measuring and acting on customer and employee loyalty (NPS/eNPS). At its core it is a survey distribution engine combined with an analytics and reporting platform. The current solution covers, among other things:
Survey design and configuration with multiple versions per language, region or business unit
Distribution at scale over email and SMS (Twilio), with Excel-based recipient uploads, validation, scheduling, reminders and telephone follow-up
A REST API with recipient endpoints, API-key authentication and automatic routing of recipients to the correct survey version; email delivery via SendGrid
A loyalty dashboard with NPS score, Promoter/Passive/Detractor breakdown, historical trends, a Respondent Explorer with rich filtering and Excel export, plus benchmarking
Score-based real-time alerts, weekly/monthly summary reports and fully templated notification emails
Multi-tenant user and access management with per-user data access, roles and an audit log
The platform is built on C#/.NET and integrates with services such as SendGrid (email) and Twilio (SMS). The new system is to be built on Azure or an equivalent cloud platform.
Your primary responsibilities
Developing the new version of our existing NPS system (C# / .Net / Azure)
Using AI tools, including Claude Code, as an integrated part of your development work
Close collaboration with our COO on direction, prioritization and progress

Fixed-term project position. If the project succeeds, a permanent position may follow.
On-site at our office in Vejle, Denmark, working directly with our COO. Relocation to Vejle is required — this is not a remote role.
To support your move, we help you find an apartment near the office and cover its cost for the duration of the project, and we support you through relocation and the work-permit process.
