Mticket is a Ukrainian product IT company and one of the leaders in ticketing automation and e-commerce solutions for large-scale events. We build modern high-load platforms for event management and ticket sales across Ukraine, Europe, and other international markets.
About the role
We are looking for a Motion & Performance Designer to create advertising creatives for concerts and events with one clear goal — capture attention and help sell tickets.
We are not looking for a traditional poster designer. We need someone who understands digital advertising and knows how to create dynamic, performance-driven content for Reels, Stories, and paid advertising campaigns.
Posters and most static materials will remain outsourced. The main focus of this role is motion design + advertising creatives that drive results.
What you’ll do
Create motion creatives for Reels, Stories, and digital advertising;
adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and ad formats;
work with video, graphics, typography, music, and animation;
create strong hooks and first 1–3 seconds that capture attention;
turn artist and event materials into compelling advertising content;
collaborate with SMM, Content Producer, and Marketing teams;
create and test multiple creative variations;
analyze which creatives actually perform and use insights to improve future content;
quickly produce creatives for ongoing events and advertising campaigns.
What we’re looking for
Strong hands-on experience in motion design;
a portfolio featuring Reels, Stories, and advertising creatives;
strong understanding of composition, typography, editing, and animation;
excellent sense of pacing, hooks, and the first seconds of a video;
understanding of performance marketing and advertising principles;
ability to think beyond “Does it look good?” and ask “Will it capture attention and sell?”;
speed and willingness to create and test multiple iterations;
experience in events, concerts, entertainment, music, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
