Що робити
- Actively generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets using advanced pipelines (Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.) to create high-converting video ads.
- Craft visually compelling animations and videos across a range of platforms and ad formats, including some newer or less standard ones
- Develop engaging transitions, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences
- Maintain consistency with visual brand direction while flexing for creative experimentation
- Elevate emotional storytelling to drive performance, not just polish
Що очікуємо
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally within performance marketing or a fast-paced creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion range and mobile-first thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Figma a plus)
- Proficiency or curiosity in AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar
- Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities, and hit deadlines in a fast-changing environment
