Що робити
- Monitor and analyze approval rates, decline rates, and other key payment performance metrics.
- Monitor transaction activity, payment flows, and critical payment metrics in real time.
- Track payment statuses, decline codes, and authorization performance.
- Identify anomalies, sudden changes in key payment metrics, and technical issues affecting PSPs, acquirers, or integrations.
- Escalate incidents and coordinate with technical teams, payment providers, and banks to restore and maintain payment performance.
Що очікуємо
- Deep understanding of the card payment lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of the payment ecosystem: PSPs, acquirers, issuers, 3DS, authorization, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Proven experience analyzing large volumes of transaction data and identifying anomalies.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to data analysis.
- Understanding of alerting and monitoring rule design principles.
