- Design and build a temporal comparison pipeline: point cloud alignment (ICP, feature-based registration), change detection across aligned spatial models, surface-level condition change classification.
- Build and train a condition scoring model: defect type classification, severity grading.
- Develop a synthetic data generation pipeline from real-world data assets.
- Implement and adapt feature matching architectures (SuperGlue, LightGlue, LoFTR).
- Own model validation against the ground truth dataset: false positive rate, false negative rate.
